USE OF DATA
Usage Data, as set forth above is collected when you play the Game, stored on your device and directly transmitted to iCloud and Game Center. We do not retain any Usage Data and we do not retain any Personal Data. No personally identifiable information is ever retained by us or shared with third parties regarding support inquiries, except to the extent such queries are facilitated by our email and hosting providers, none of whom are authorized to utilize any such information for any purpose other than as specifically related to providing such services to us.

OPTING OUT OF DATA COLLECTION
Players can decline to store their save data in iCloud by turning off iCloud in Apple Settings. Opting out of sending data to Game Center can be done by signing out of Game Center in Apple Settings.

AGE CONSIDERATION
The game uses only Game Center for leaderboards and iCloud for saved games and does not retain any Personal Data. As such, there is no difference in data handling between child-age players and older-age players.
